Elanora at Rainbow Beach

Elanora at Rainbow Beach is a limited release residential estate with a coastal position. It is part of the beginning of a new community of people that want to live the quintessential Australian dream of owning their own home close to the beach. Creative by Jam was tasked with developing a complete brand positioning and launch campaign strategy that would generate name awareness and maximum exposure in the initial three months of the estate development then provide a full collateral suite as ongoing support for initial sales enquiry. Scope of work included naming conventions, brand development, creative direction, logo design, full collateral design and print production of stationery, presentation folders and brochures, estate signage and fence wrap, saturation advertising campaign across all traditional media, TV ad design and production, radio and press advertising and digital campaign with website and social media advertising.
